Winning Powerball Ticket Sold in CT

Check your tickets -- a winning million dollar ticket was sold in Connecticut for Wednesday night's drawing.

In Wednesday night’s Powerball® drawing, one lucky winning ticket sold in Connecticut matched the first 5 numbers drawn for the game’s $1,000,000 prize. Is it you? The CT Lottery is encouraging everyone to check their tickets.

The winning Powerball numbers drawn on February 6 were 5 - 27 - 36 - 38 - 41 the Powerball number was 12. 

In total, 18,578 winning Powerball tickets were sold statewide for that date, with prizes ranging from $4 to $1,000,000.

Powerball is drawn on Wednesdays and Saturdays at 10:59 p.m. and is offered at more than 2,800 lottery locations statewide.

The overall odds of winning a Powerball prize are 1 in 31.8 based on a $2 play.  Odds of winning the jackpot are 1 in 175,223,510 million.
