It seems that I wrote a lengthy comment on the article above informing our community regarding this very "traffic calming" and what it really means and who Fitzgerald and Halliday are- they are the NGO'st that we are paying for that I have been talking about thru ICLEI, and Agenda 21-sustainable development, but I was censored. The management at Hamden Patch did not want the "truth" be told, I guess. If they had Courage they would post my comment. This is the standard now in America.
