Saint Stephen School held its annual Christmas program on Thursday, December 12th, 2013.
Students in Pre-K through Grade 8 performed a mix of traditional Christmas carols and hymns as well as spoken word dialog, reminding us of the wonder and magic of this most Holy time of year.
Students in Mrs. Calamita’s Kindergarten class, re-enacted the Birth of Jesus with the Nativity.
From left to right, Madison Toles, Matteus Ponte (as Joseph), Oviya Siva, Mary Jaine Malonis, and Jordyn Pollio.
Shepards were played by Greg Meguerditichian (on the left) and Benjamin Pollio (on the right).
Playing Mary, is Maria Testa, granddaughter of Principal Maria Testa, carrying on a tradition that began with Mrs. Testa’s daughter, Christina, back in 1989.
Ms. Donna Egan, the school’s music director, did an outstanding job bringing the true meaning of Christmas to the hearts of all who attended.
