Free Mammograms Offered
The Yale-New Haven Hospital Mobile Mammography Unit will be in St. Rita’s Church parking lot, 1620 Whitney Ave., Hamden on Wed., Oct.16 from 8 a.m.-2:30 p.m. as part of Breast Cancer Awareness Month. The Mobile Mammography van provides accurate, digital mammograms. The service is FREE for those without insurance, or YNHH will bill your insurance company if you have coverage. A detailed report from a Yale radiologist will be sent to your physician of choice. Appointments are on a first-come, first-served basis. Schedule your appointment as soon as possible to secure a convenient time slot. Please call Yale Radiology at 203-688-1010 to register now through Fri., Oct. 11. This service is made available through the St. Rita Parish Nurse Program.
