Hamden, CT., July 1, 2014— WEICHERT, REALTORS® - Regional Properties Hamden office Manager, Marie Renaldi has announced that Realtor Susan Fezza has joined the sales team of the Hamden agency. Susan was previously affiliated with the Higgins Group Real Estate in Fairfield Ct where she started her real estate career in 2007. After living in Fairfield County, Susan has recently returned to her roots in Hamden/ North Haven. 

Fezza brings a fresh outlook to the many marketing opportunities in this area .Prior to her real estate career, Susan was the Director for Berlitz Languages and Cultural Services in CT.  She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Education from Boston College and received her Master’s in Communication from Fairfield University. Having raised two daughters, Susan is a valuable resource regarding programs for children, information on school systems and enrichment activities.
