Candle Making Workshop

Learn the method of making candles the traditional hand-dipped way during school vacation week. Join park staff on Wednesday, December 28 between the hours of 10am and 1pm and create a beautiful candle or two. A variety of colors and scents will be available.

The workshop will be held in the Veterans' Memorial Hall in the Veterans' Memorial Building at the park which is just a short drive up the hill past the big red barn. Reservations are not necessary for this workshop, just drop on in and dip a candle.

Due to the nature of the hot wax, this program is not suitable for young children. Please use your discretion as to the ability of the child you bring. This is not for kids only. Adults welcome to try too!
