The Miller Senior Association of Hamden meets at the Thornton Wilder Hall in the Miller Library Complex. Entertainment will be provided by John Hartman (music from the 1950s). All seniors are welcome. Attendees are asked to bring a donation to the Emergency Senior Food Bank.

4. "" The Movie -- 7 p.m., Miller Library

 “Carbon Nation” a climate change solutions movie (82 minutes), a documentary by Peter Byck. Free Admission.

Even if you doubt the severity of the impact of climate change or just don't buy it at all, this is a compelling and relevant film that illustrates how SOLUTIONS to climate change also addresses other social, economic and national security issues. Carbon Nation is an optimistic discovery of what people are already doing, what we as a nation could be doing and what the world needs to do to prevent (or slow down) the impending climate crisis.
