The Hamden Economic Development Corporation will host a Housing Fair this Monday, Feb. 28 from 3 to 7 p.m. at the M.L. Keefe Center Gymnasium at 11 Pine Street.

The fair will provide information regarding different housing assistance programs, Economic Development Director Dale Kroop said. Experts will be in attendance to answer housing questions on issues such as the First Time Home Buyers program.

"We are pleased to provide this opportunity to residents to learn about how we will make improvements to their community,” Kroop said.

For those who are already home owners, there will be information on home repairs, energy efficiency programs and mortgage financing and re-financing.
