Healthy eating is the topic of two upcoming lectures to be held Thursday, Oct. 3 and Oct. 10 at 7:15 p.m. at Temple Beth Sholom, 1809 Whitney Ave., Hamden.

Come and learn from Mary Maloy, Registered Dietitian, who will show you simple ways to make healthy meals you will love and what ingredients you need to prepare easy and delicious meals.
