More Winter Weather on Tap Tuesday

Snow is likely throughout the day, with up to three inches when it's done.

Though technically it's still fall, the weather Tuesday is predicted to be nothing but frightful.

The National Weather Service is predicting that up to three inches of snow will fall by evening Tuesday. It's slated to start in the morning and continue throughout the day.

"Slightly higher snowfall amounts are possible if snow bands develop," according to the NWS Special Statement. "If that occurs, a Winter Weather Advisory would be needed."

The heaviest snow will be between noon and 3 p.m., according to the NWS. Highs will be in the mid-30s. Tuesday night it will clear and lows will be in the high teens.
