Annie Jr. will take center stage at The Square Foot Theatre from August 8-11, 2012 in the Hamden Plaza (2100 Dixwell Avenue, Hamden). Tickets are now on sale.
Leapin’ Lizards! Annie Jr. tells the tale of Annie, a determined and lovable orphan searching for her parents. The story begins at Miss Hannigan’s orphanage where Annie’s parents left her with a half of a heart shaped locket. Set in 1930s New York City, orphan Annie charms billionaire Oliver Warbucks. Come and see this fun-filled musical adventure.
The production, produced and choreographed by Jared Andrew Brown and Jennifer Kaye for Quick Change Productions, is part of the theatre’s Children Series and will feature a cast of 27 children from the greater North Haven and Hamden area. The show is sponsored by The Jamie A. Hulley Arts Foundation.
