Elm City Girls' Choir: Canada Tour Send-Off Concert!

The Elm City Girls’ Choir of New Haven, CT will present “Canada Tour Send-Off Concert”, a performance of choral music on Tuesday, June 19, 2012 at 7:30pm at Bethesda Lutheran Church, 305 Saint Ronan Street, New Haven, CT.  This performance is a Send-Off to The Elm City Girls’ Choir, who will be embarking on a singing tour of Canada this summer and will also feature visiting guests, The Phoenix Boys Choir. The program will include traditional sacred and secular choral music, as well as contemporary arrangements of spirituals and folksongs.  Proceeds from the performance will benefit the Elm City Girls’ Choir Tour Scholarship Fund. But Kudos to the teachers who put their students above their own financial situation. The Town and parents should be footing the costs, not the teachers.
