Hamden, CT (November 28, 2011) – T’was the Night Before Christmas will take center stage at The Square Foot Theatre from December 8-11, 2011 in the Hamden Plaza (2100 Dixwell Avenue, Hamden). Tickets are now on sale.

Everyone knows this holiday classic by heart but did you know that the mouse Izzy was shut out of his home on Christmas Eve? This show is full of laughs, comedy, joyous songs and holiday family fun.

The production, produced by Jared Andrew Brown and Patrick Laffin, is part of the theatre’s Children’s Series. The show is directed by Kaite Corda and Toniann Guarino Carey. Choreographers are Annalisa Biceglia and Andrea Laudano. The show is sponsored by The Jamie A. Hulley Arts Foundation.

Tickets for T’was the Night Before Christmas are $15. A discounted price of $12 is available with a donation of a new, unwrapped toy. Advance tickets can be obtained by calling (203)464-8212. Shows are at 7:30p on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday December 8, 9 & 10 and at 2:00p on Sunday December 11. The mission of The Square Foot Theatre is to establish and maintain a venue for visual and performaing arts through support and education while providing opportunities to experience the arts, through observation, hands-on participation and education.
