Users have found that even changing their passwords did not stop the fake emails from being generated by hackers.
AOL is putting into place a stronger email-validation process, after a spoofing attack that employs AOL users’ email addresses to send out spam email. Users have found that even changing their passwords did not stop the fake emails from being generated by hackers.
