CFC Azul Announces Season Schedule
The team was started by Quinnipiac coach Steve Coxon.
-based United Soccer League team CFC Azul, formed by , has announced its player lineup and season schedule.
The New Haven Register reported that Azul’s 16-game schedule starts May 5 against the Boston Victory. Azul will play home games at Yale’s Reese Stadium, Willow Brook Park in New Britain, Wilton High School and Tunxis Mead Park in Farmington.
The team’s players include former Naugatuck High School soccer star Ryan Kinne and former Southern Connecticut State University All-American Paul Templeton.
