Hamden Science Teachers Recognized for Education Excellence

Science teacher John Farley, science supervisor Pasquale Frisketti and the Peabody Museum's James Sirch were honored by statewide science education associations.

students have received awards for their science prowess, such as , and now Hamden science educators have also received recognition for their achievements.

An article in the Post-Chronicle said Hamden Middle School science teacher John Farley, Hamden public schools science supervisor Pasquale Frisketti, and Hamden resident James Sirch, who runs the Discovery Room at the Peabody Museum, recently received awards for excellence in science education from the Connecticut Science Teachers and Connecticut Science Supervisors Associations.

Farley was recognized for secondary school science teaching, Fisketti for outstanding science supervisor leadership and Sirch for science advocate.
