Another Democrat has announced he is running for the 91st House District seat held for two decades by state Rep. Peter F. Villano, .
The New Haven Register reported that former councilman John P. Flanagan is the third candidate to replace Villano, who announced earlier this month he would not run for another term.
Two other Democrats, Board of Education Chairman Michael C. D’Agostino and Councilman Michael Colaiacovo, have also announced their candidacies.
