School Administrators Visit Chinese School During Spring Break

Visit by School Supt. Frances Rabinowitz is part of an exchange that saw Chinese educators and students visit West Woods School.

School Supt. Frances Rabinowitz, who announced , is spending this week on an educational exchange trip to China.

The Post-Chronicle reported that Rabinowitz, Assistant Supt. Marie Jordan-Whitney and West Woods School Principal Barbara Nana flew to China to spend the spring break vising Jingwu Road Primary School in Jinan, a school that has a faculty exchange program relationship with West Woods School here.

For two years, West Woods School has hosted visits by groups of children and administrators from its Chinese counterpart. The exchange program was arranged by the American Education Alliance.

Rabinowitz has announced her retirement, but might return after that on a per diem basis.
