Dinosaurs may
be gone, but they are not forgotten! Dinosaur bones were first uncovered in
1824 and these huge, prehistoric creatures were given the name “terrible
lizard” for their tremendous size. Kids will discuss some differences between
plant-eating and meat-eating dinosaurs and explore possible reasons they no
longer walk the earth. We will also discuss about how dinosaurs are named as
well as delve into some dinosaur biomechanics!
Come build a model of T-Rex, one of the most famous dinosaurs
– but watch out for his sharp teeth!
This is great way for parents to see what kids learn
and do at our program. Parents and their children will get to
learn, build and play together!
