During vacation week, children and adults are invited to join park staff on Thursday, December 27 and learn the method of making traditional hand-dipped candles.

A variety of colors will be available and some scents as well. This is an easy and fun activity that you will get the hang of in minutes.
Candle making will take place in the Veteran’s Memorial Building just up the drive past the big red barn. Due to the nature of the hot wax, this program is not suitable for young children. ALL children must be accompanied by an adult.
