Irrevocable Trusts and Asset Protection Workshop
In this workshop you will learn: what is an irrevocable trust, how is it used to protect assets from creditors including the nursing home, when should you set one up, and what are the benefits of Irrevocable Trusts. There will be plenty of time for questions and answers.
Please register early as seating is limited. This program is run in conjunction with the North Haven Adult Education Program. You must call the Adult Ed. Dept. to register. They can be reached at 203 239-1641, ext. 2913. There is a nominal fee charged by the Adult Ed. Dept. of $10.00.
