"Safe-Fit" is a combination self defense and fitness training class. The classes will teach a solid foundation of self defense skills and techniques and provide the level of fitness necessary to use them. The classes will be comprised of a 5-10 min. warm up, 30 min. of conditioning, 30 min. of self defense training and concluded with a 5-10 min. cool down. The self defense techniques are drawn from Krav Maga, grappling, Ju-jitsu, Muy Thai, boxing and other disciplines. Class size is limited to keep the instruction on a personal level.
