Ruff and Scratchy, Inc. is a 501c3 nonprofit dog, cat and small animal rescue located in Hamden, CT.  We rescue local animals from shelters, private owners who can no longer keep their pets and homeless animals from the street.  We also spay / neuter and vaccinate feral cats.  Please support our rescue by participating in our Thanksgiving Day Photo Contest.
