Join the Friends of Brooksvale Park and the Astronomy Society of New Haven for an evening of star gazing. When the sun sets the stars come out and these astonomers know how to show you the heavens. With their special scopes, home made to high tech you'll see things never spotted by your human eye before. It's always a wonderful evening stroll in the park and kids love it!
Turn your headlights off as soon as you park in the large parking lot and walk over to the large playing field. You'll be able to see just fine if the stars are out. If it rains or is totally cloudy, come the next night instead.
