On Saturday, the 2013 Hamden/North Haven Relay for Life will be held at Hamden High School.
The event will begin at 10 a.m. and will raise money for cancer research and cancer patients, spread cancer awareness, celebrate the lives of survivors, remember those who lost their lives to cancer, and unite a community in the fight against cancer.
Many events and activities - including a DJ, live bands, Zumba fitness, karaoke, kids care, food vendors and more - are planned throughout the day.
