Memorial Day Weekend Events
Staying local for Memorial Day weekend, but still looking to "get out?" Here are some area celebrations and events for the weekend.
Memorial Day is a day of remembrance for those who have died in our nation's service. From parades to rifle salutes and local Daisys making care packages for deployed servicemen and women, there are a host of area events commemorating those who serve and have served our country.
Memorial Day weekend has also become a three-day celebratory weekend with everyone looking forward to the coming summer months.
