Hamden-North Haven League, NHTV sponsor debate

Your local League of Women Voters - Hamden/North Haven & North Haven Community Television recently sponsored a debate for the office of State Senate.

 

The Hamden-North Haven League of Women Voters and North Haven Community Television co-sponsored a debate between state senator Len Fasano, R, and former Former North Haven state representative and selectman Steve Fontana, D, for the office of state senator. The debate moderator was Kenn Venit, past president of the Connecticut Chapter of the Society of Professional Journalists, currently teaching journalism at Quinnipiac University and Southern Connecticut State University.

New Hamden-North Haven League members came to meet the candidates and to familiarize themselves with NHTV.

Until November 2, the debate airs daily at 6:00 am, 10:00 am, 2:00 pm, 6:00 pm, 10:00 pm, and 2;00 am on NHTV in North Haven, Comcast 20, and ATT 99.
