Dollie P. Davis, age 98, of Hamden, passed away on November 13, 2012.
She was born in West Virginia on Feb 25, 1914 to the late Joe Lewis and Kessarah Preston. She leaves to mourn one brother, Rev. Lewis Preston, Sr. and a host of relatives and friends. She is predeceased by her husband, Bishop Edward Davis and a son, George Martin.
A ceremony of celebration of her life will be held on Saturday, November 17, 2012 at 9 a.m. at Shekinah Glory Church, 715 Dixwell Ave, New Haven, CT. Calling hours from 8 a.m. until time of service.
