Karl J. Gibiser, 88
The Hamden resident was a WWII US Navy Veteran and was employed by the Conn Air Company as the Warehouse Manager and consultant.
Karl J. Gibiser, 88, of Hamden, passed away on Nov. 29, 2012.
Karl was the husband of the late Anne Piechota Gibiser. Born in New Haven on June 14, 1924, he was the son of the late Karl Gibiser, Sr & Agnes Pinter Gibiser.
Karl is survived by his daughter, Frankie Anne K. Gibiser of Hamden, and was predeceased by his daughter Kathy Anne Marita Gibiser. He leaves his sister Cecelia Lostys.

Karl was a WWII US Navy Veteran. He was employed by the Conn Air Company as the Warehouse Manager and consultant and prior to that he was employed by the George Ellis Co.
He was an avid swimmer and diver and in his early years he played the drums in a local band.

Friends may visit with his family on Tuesday morning Dec. 4 from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m. at Beecher & Bennett Funeral Home, 2300 Whitney Ave., Hamden and may also attend his Mass of Christian Burial that will be celebrated at 11 a.m. in Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Church, Hamden. Burial with Military Honors will follow in All Saints Cemetery, North Haven.
