Marc A. Sullivan, 69

Affectionately known by his granddaughters as "Papa Marc," he cherished the time he spent with them and loved spending birthdays and holidays with his family.

Marc A. Sullivan, 69, of Hamden, the husband of Sharon M. Drago Sullivan, passed away at Yale New Haven Hospital on Thursday, Dec. 27, 2012.

He was the beloved father of Scott E.(Serena Kay) Sullivan, Jennifer L. (Jamie) Jernigan and Julie A. Sullivan; the loving grandfather of Emily Madison and Jordan Elizabeth Sullivan, Morgan Taylor and Sydnee Paige Jernigan. He also leaves behind one brother Keith Sullivan and one sister Wendy Raab.

Marc was born on Jan. 26, 1943, the son of the late Kenneth and Gertrude Benson Sullivan. Marc was a provider for the family; he worked his whole life to ensure that his family was taken care of.

He was affectionately known by his granddaughters as "Papa Marc". He cherished the time he spent with them and loved spending birthdays and holidays with his family. He will be sorely missed but never forgotten.

The hours of visitation will be Tuesday from 4 to 7 p.m. at the Hamden Memorial Funeral Home, 1300 Dixwell Avenue, Hamden. His funeral procession will leave the funeral home Wednesday morning at 9:30 a.m. for a Mass of Christian Burial at 10 a.m. at the Blessed Sacrament Church. Interment will follow in Beaverdale Memorial Park.

Yes, trust the state legislators, as we trusted the Social Security was supposed to be held In escrow, what happened? THEY STOLE THE MONEY AND USED IT FOR THEIR THINGS THEY THOUGHT WAS MORE BENEIFICIAL. So, let me get this straight- they take money out of the economy from us only to put it back into the economy because they know better how it should be used. Sure, that makes sense. They know better than YOU.
