Beloved son of Spencer E. and Linda (Moran) Adams, Jr. of Meriden, loving brother of Spencer E. Adams, III, his wife Jennifer of Portland, Oregon. Uncle of Rosella and Frances Adams. Also survived by several aunts, uncles, cousins and dear friends.
Matt was an avid Boston Red Sox fan.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Friday at 10 am in Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Church. Calling hours are Thursday from 5 - 8 pm in Sisk Brothers Funeral Home, 3105 Whitney Ave., Hamden.
