Theodore William Moore II, 40
The Hamden resident was a graduate of Albertus Magnus College and worked as a case manager for the IRIS Company in New Haven.
Theodore William Moore II, 40, of Hamden, was called home on Sept. 16, 2012.
Ted was born in Hartford on Dec. 7, 1971. He leaves to cherish his memory his mother, Shirley M. Simms Moore of Hamden and his sister, Theodora L. Graham & his nephew Theodore Graham, both of Naples, FL. He was predeceased by his father, Theodore W. Moore. Ted was also blessed with a host of aunts, uncles, cousins and friends including his best friends, Erik Goodson and James Mayfield.
He attended Hamden Public Schools and was a graduate of Albertus Magnus College. Ted was employed as a Case Manager for the IRIS Company in New Haven.

His family will hold a private service at this time. A memorial service will be held in December.
