Lazy, Lazy Lazy

Why are somer [
postal employees so lazy and can't move but a half an inch from their seat on their delivery vehicle.
My neighbors and I always make sure that our mailboxes are clear so mail can be delivered, however whenever we have a substitute carrier, like this week, she is too damn lazy to move more than an inch from her seat to deliver our mail. She does not have to leave her vehicle nor does she have to drive into a snow bank. She is just too damn lazy. She needs to have her butt fired but like other federal employees they don't care. 
They get paid and work as little as they can. It has been two days now since our mail has been delivered here in our area of Hamden our mail comes out of the post office on Dixwell ave.
