Hamden Police made the following arrests:
-- Teddy Cornelius, 19, of Elm Street, New Haven, was charged July 14 with second-degree failure to appear in court. He was released after posting $500 bond and is due to appear in Meriden Superior Court July 28.

-- Curvan Foster, 43, of Soundview Street, Waterbury, was charged July 13 with possession of a controlled substance and illegal manufacture, sale or distribution of a prescription. He posted $500 bond and is due to appear in Meriden Superior Court July 27.
-- Hector Martin, 53, of 156 Clinton Ave., was charged July 13 with second-degree assault and second-degree breach of peace. He posted $2,000 bond and is due to appear in Meriden Superior Court July 20.

-- Luis Morales, 40, of Dixwell Avenue, New Haven, was charged sixth-degree larceny. He was released on a promise to appear in Meriden Superior Court July 22.
