A Hamden man was arrested Saturday in Durham for driving drunk, according to police.
Willie Melendez, 50, of 82 Vantage Rd., was charged with driving under the influence and failure to drive right.
At approximately 9:45 p.m. on Jan 5., police stopped Melendez along Route 17 after receiving several calls from other motorists about an erratic driver, a report says.
Police arrested Melendez and towed his vehicle. His bond was set at $500.
He's due in court on Jan. 16.
