A Hamden Police Department Street Interdiction Team concluded a drug investigation that led to the arrest of a man who they said had bags of crack cocaine.
Hamza Hoqq was charged on March 19 Hoqq in the parking of a local restaurant located in southern Hamden. Hoqq is accused of having four bags of crack cocaine.
Hoqq, 45, of 199 Franklin St., New Haven, was charged with possession of narcotics. He was released after posting a $5,000 bond. He is scheduled to appear in court in Meriden on April 7.
