-- Juan Rodriguez-Ritter, 29, of 342 Poplar St., New Haven, was charged July 18 with being a fugative from justice, failing to register a vehicle, no insurance and possession of a controlled substance. He was held in lieu of $500,000 and is due in court Aug. 1.
-- Paul St. Pierre, 42, of 39 Isabelle St., Meriden, was charged July 19 with second-degree larceny. He was held in lieu of $10,000 bond and is due in court Aug. 2.
-- Challis Taylor, 26, of 68 George St., Hamden, was charged July 17 with disorderly conduct, criminal mischief, interfering with a police officer, possession of narcotics and sale of a controlled substance. He was held in lieu of $20,000 bond and was arraigned the next day in Meriden Superior Court, where his case was continued to Aug. 1.
