Hamden Police Blotter: Drugs, Disorderly Conduct, Larceny

The following arrest information was provided by the Hamden Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.




Nov. 5:

Javier Garcia, 40, of 364 Putnam Ave., Hamden, was charged with disorderly conduct. He was arraigned the next day in Meriden Superior Court.

Rashaun Hollis, 32, of 95 Kayvue Drive, Hamden, was charged with disorderly conduct and unlawful restraint. He was held in lieu of $5,000 bond and was arraigned the same day in Meriden Superior Court.

Georgia Spenser, 48, of 364 Putnam Ave., Hamden, was charged with disorderly conduct. She was arraigned the next day in Meriden Superior Court.

Nov. 6:

Lamont Keyes, 18, of 93 Lilac St., New Haven, was charged with criminal mischief and disorderly conduct. He was arraigned Nov. 19 in Meriden Superior Court.

Heather Proce-Little, 43, of 77 Carmel St., Hamden, was charged with sixth-degree larceny. She was held in lieu of $500 bond and arraigned Nov. 19 in Meriden Superior Court.


Nov. 7:

Douglas Brown, 38, of 1739 Dixwell Ave., Hamden, was charged with disorderly conduct and violation of a protective order. He was held in lieu of $1,000 bond and arraigned the next day in Meriden Superior Court.

Cameron McKechnie, 22, of Guilford, was charged with possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and simple trespass. He was arraigned Nov 15 in Meriden Superior Court.

Daniel O'Mara, 23, of 26 Berry Road, Hamden, was charged with sixth-degree larceny. He was arraigned Nov. 22 in Meriden Superior Court.

George Padilla, 24, of 17 Osborn St., New Haven, was charged with risk of injury to a minor, third-degree assault, unlawful restraint and disorderly conduct. He was held in lieu of $2,500 bond and arraigned Nov. 26 n Meriden Superior Court.

Amber Strickland, 24, of Hartford, was charged with disorderly conduct and violation of a protective order. She was held in lieu of $1,000 bond and arraigned the next day in Meriden Superior Court.

Nov. 8:

Keithon Davis, 20, of 253 Park Road, Hamden, was charged with two counts of the illegal manufacture, distribution or sale of a prescription, the sale of a controlled substance and possession of narcotics. He was arraigned Nov. 22 in Meriden Superior Court.

Keith Perrotti, 50, of 600 Sherman Ave., Hamden, was charged with second-degree harassment and second-degree breach of peace. He was held in lieu of $2,000 bond and arraigned Nov. 12 in Meriden Superior Court. 

Shaun Safana, 50, of 49 Union Ave., New Haven, was charged with sixth-degree larceny and second-degree failure to appear in court. He was held in lieu of $1,000 bond and arraigned Nov. 19 in Meriden Superior Court.

Nov. 9:

Louis D'Amico, 49, of 112 Edwards St., New Haven, was charged with fifth-degree larceny. He was held in lieu of $5,000 bond and arraigned Dec. 5 in Meriden Superior Court.

Alexander Hauff, 21, of 3139 Whitney Ave., Hamden and Pepperell, MA, was charged with disorderly conduct. He was arraigned Nov. 12 in Meriden Superior Court.

Kyle Hood, 32, of 775 Savin Ave., West Haven, was charged with third-degree larceny and first-degree forgery. He was arraigned Nov. 18 in Meriden Superior Court.

Elais Maldonado, 35, whose address wasn't available, was charged with fifth-degree larceny. He was held in lieu of $500 bond and arraigned Nov. 22 in Meriden Superior Court.

Emily Moore, 21, of 161 Westminster St., Hamden, was charged with disorderly conduct. She was arraigned Nov. 12 in Meriden Superior Court.
