Hamden Police Blotter: March 9

Arrests made by the Hamden Police Department from Feb. 10 - Feb. 14, 2013.

 

Feb. 10, 2013:

Edwin Veldez, 33, of 670 Mix Ave., Hamden, was charged with operating under the influence of drugs or alcohol and risk of injury to a minor. He was held in lieu of $1,000 bond and was arraigned Feb. 22 in Meriden Superior Court.

April Cassidy, 32, of 368 Pine Rock Ave., Hamden, was charged with two counts of  operating while under the influence. She was held in lieu of $1,000 bond and was arraigned Feb. 22 in Meriden Superior Court.

Feb. 11, 2013:

Christopher Browne, 50, of 11 Barraclough St., Hamden, was charged with disorderly conduct and criminal mischief. He was released on a promise to appear in Meriden Superior Court on Feb. 13.

Patrick Mulligan, 19, of 326 Woodstock Ave., Stratford, was charged with possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was released on a promise to appear in Meriden Superior Court on Feb. 20.

Tyrell McMillian, 24, of 11 Barraclough St., Hamden, was charged with disorderly conduct. He was released on a promise to appear in Meriden Superior Court on Feb. 13.

Feb. 12, 2013:

Talal Alqahtani, 21, of 650 Mix Ave., Hamden, was charged with second-degree failure to appear in court. He was held in lieu of $2,000 bond and was arraigned Feb. 25 in Meriden Superior Court.

Feb. 13, 2013:

Brian Hart, 43, of 660 Mix Ave., Hamden, was charged with evading responsibility and no insurance. He was released on a promise to appear in Meriden Superior Court on Feb. 27.

Madonna Pavone, 48, of 129 Mueller Drive, Hamden, was charged with evading responsibility and passing on the right. She was released on a promise to appear in Meriden Superior Court on Feb. 27.

Jacqueline Solar, 23, of 69 Terrace St., New Haven, was charged with second-degree breach of peace. She was arraigned the next day in Meriden Superior Court.

Feb. 14, 2013

Don Ogman, 31, of 244 Shelton Ave., New Haven, was charged with threatening and second-degree breach of peace. He was arraigned the same day in Meriden Superior Court.

Howard Oliver, 25, of 24 Egar St., New Haven, was charged with sixth-degree larceny. He was released on a promise to appear in Meriden Superior Court on Feb. 28.

Yes, trust the state legislators, as we trusted the Social Security was supposed to be held In escrow, what happened? THEY STOLE THE MONEY AND USED IT FOR THEIR THINGS THEY THOUGHT WAS MORE BENEIFICIAL. So, let me get this straight- they take money out of the economy from us only to put it back into the economy because they know better how it should be used. Sure, that makes sense. They know better than YOU.
