Hamden Police Blotter: Threatening, Disorderly Conduct, Narcotics

The following arrest information was provided by the Hamden Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

Aug. 13:

Joseph Accettullo, 31, of 812 Pine Rock Ave., Hamden, was charged with failure to appear. He was held in lieu of $1,000 bond and was arraigned Aug. 27 in Meriden Superior Court.

Kimberly Proctor, 44, of 225 Campbell Ave., West Haven, was charged with second-degree breach of peace. She was arraigned Aug. 22 in Meriden Superior Court.

Aug. 14:

Daniel Dunford, 36, of 68 Pearl Ave., Hamden, was charged with threatening and disorderly conduct. He was held in lieu of $500 bond and arraigned the next day in Meriden Superior Court.

Charlene Edwards, 60, of 304 Pine Rock Ave., Hamden, was charged with second-degree failure to appear in court and sixth-degree larceny. She posted $250 bond and was arraigned Aug. 23 in Meriden Superior Court.

Larry Holder, 22, of 275 Park Road, Hamden, was charged with possession of narcotics, drugs near a prohibited place, possession of paraphernalia and the illegal manufacture, distribution or sale of a prescription, He was held in lieu of $25,000 bond and was arraigned Aug. 28 in Meriden Superior Court.

Aug. 15:

Walter Casteel, 24, of 198 Frank St., New Haven, was charged with engaging police in pursuit, evading responsibility, failure to obey an officer's signal, operating without a license, misuse of plates, no insurance and failure to register a vehicle. He was held in lieu of $1,000 bond and was arraigned Aug. 29 in Meriden Superior Court.

Thomas Hopkins, 18, of 104 Thornton St., Hamden, was charged with two counts of third-degree assault and breach of peace. He was arraigned the next day in Meriden Superior Court.

Raycean Wright, 33, of 314 Huntington St., New Haven, was charged with disobeying an officer's signal, operating an unregistered motor vehicle, failure to register a vehicle and two counts of no insurance. He was arraigned Aug. 29 in Meriden Superior Court.

Aug. 16:

Andres Barragan-Torres, 28, of 32 Atwater St., New Haven, was charged with possession of narcotics and possession of paraphernalia. He was arraigned Aug. 30 in Meriden Superior Court.

James Laudano, 45, of 386 Williams Road, Wallingford, was charged with reckless driving, engaging police in pursuit and failure to obey signs and markings. He was arraigned Aug. 28 in Meriden Superior Court.
