Hall is a white female, with straight brown hair and hazel eyes, about 5'5" tall and 125 pounds. When last seen, she was wearing blue flannel pajama pants, and black boots resembling "Uggs". She may also possibly be wearing a black jacket on which "Apple Bottom Jeans" is written.

Police say there is concern about Hall's "mental well-being" and that she may be in need of medication.

Police began searching for the teen at about 5 a.m. Tuesday, and performed a search in the city's downtown Tuesday based on reports she had been seen there. A canine unit was involved, but officers did not locate Hall, and the sightings were unable to be corroborated, police said.

Anyone with information on the teen's whereabouts is urged to call Meriden Police at 203-630-6201.
