Police Blotter: Friday, March 29
Arrests made by Hamden Police from Feb. 23 through Feb. 22, 2013. The following arrest information was provided by the Hamden Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.
Feb. 23:
William Healy, 48, of 36 Nashawena Ave., West Haven, was charged with sixth-degree larceny and criminal trespass. He was released after posting $500 and was arraigned March 8 in Meriden Superior Court.

Adam Smilowitz, 34, of 645 Grand Ave., New Haven, was charged with sixth-degree larceny. He was released on a promise to appear in Meriden Superior Court on March 8.

Zachary Bobersky, 18, of 275 Mount Carmel Ave., Hamden, was charged with second-degree breach of peace and resisting arrest. He was held in lieu of $2,500 bond and was arraigned March 8 in in Meriden Superior Court.
Alan O'Toole, 21, of 1164 Whitney Ave., Hamden, was charged with two counts of disorderly conduct and two counts of third-degree assault. He was arraigned the next day in Meriden Superior Court.
Alexander Weitzner, 19, of 275 Mount Carmel Ave., Hamden, was charged with second-degree breach of peace and resisting arrest. He was held in lieu of $2,500 bond and was arraigned March 8 in in Meriden Superior Court.
Feb. 25:
Olivia Remington, 18, of 86 Lakeview Dr., Hamden, was charged with four counts of second-degree criminal mischief. She was released on a promise to appear in Meriden Superior Court on March 13.
Joseph Stengiein, 55, of 125 Putnam Ave., Hamden, was charged with disorderly conduct and resisting arrest. He was held in lieu of $1,000 bond and was arraigned March 11 in Meriden Superior Court.
Feb. 26:
Isaac Kiniti, 40, of 475 Elm St., Hamden, was charged with three counts of the sale of a controlled substance. He was held in lieu of $150,000 bond and was arraigned March 12 in Meriden Superior Court.
Gerald Lawrence, 34, of 49 Blacey Circle, Hamden, was charged with violation of probation. He was held in lieu of $25,000 bond and was arraigned the next day in Meriden Superior Court.
Ryan Myers, 44, of 613 Washington Ave., New Haven, was charged with operating while under the influence. He posted $400 bond and was arraigned March 13 in Meriden Superior Court.
Peter Villano, 54, of 1776 State St., Hamden, was charged with sixth-degree larceny. He posted $500 bond and was arraigned March 8 in Meriden Superior Court.
