Police Blotter -- Monday, Nov. 26

-- Jennifer Lacey, 32, of 80 Atwater St., East Haven, was charged Nov. 11 with driving under the influence. She posted $500 bond and is due to be arraigned today in Meriden Superior Court.

-- Gerald Lehr, 55, of 1507 Dixwell Ave., Hamden, was charged Nov. 12 with third-degree assault. He posted $1,500 bond and was arraigned in Meriden Superior Court the next day.

-- Jeannette Mannino, 43, of 83 Collins St., Hamden, was charged Nov. 12 with interfering with an officer. She posted $1,000 bond and is due to appear in Meriden Superior Court on Nov. 21.

-- Kevin McCormick, 19, of 161 Morse St., Hamden, was charged Nov. 12 with disorderly conduct and third-degree assault. He was held in lieu of $1,000 bond and was arraigned the next day in Meriden Superior Court.

-- Edward Mills, 39, of 83 Collins St., Hamden, was charged Nov. 12 with third-degree assault on a victim over 60 and second-degree breach of peace. He was held in lieu of $5,000 bond and arraigned the next day in Meriden Superior Court.

-- Jose Pinto, 35, of 22 Hallock Ave., New Haven,  was charged with sixth-degree larceny on Nov. 14. He posted $500 bond and is due to appear in Meriden Superior Court today.

-- Brian Ponzio, 54, and Stacey Ponzio, 47, each of 38 Grafton Rd., Hamden, each was charged with disorderly conduct on Nov. 15. Both were arraigned on Nov. 16 in Meriden Superior Court.

-- Charles Quinn, 36, of 78 North Whittley Ave., Wallingford, was charged Nov. 9 with disorderly conduct and criminal mischief. He was held in lieu of $1,500 bond and was arraigned Nov. 13 in Meriden Superior Court.

-- Oliver Smith, 54, of 93 Meetinghouse Rd., Durham, was charged Nov. 9 with second-degree breach of peace. He was released on a promise to appear in Meriden Superior Court on Nov. 23.

-- Efrain Torres, 52, of 56 First St., Hamden, was charged Nov. 10 with misuse of 911, risk of injury to a minor and resisting arrest. He was held in lieu of $10,000 bond and is due to appear in Meriden Superior Court today.

-- Tasheem Vasquez, 37, of 20 Lee St., Hamden, was charged Nov. 12 with second-degree kidnapping, two counts of risk of injury to a child, interfering with an officer and sixth-degree larceny. He was held in lieu of $100,000 bond and was arraigned Nov. 23 in Meriden Superior Court.

-- Kenneth Westley, 48, of 164 Morse St., Hamden, was charged Nov. 12 with second-degree breach of peace and threatening. He was held in lieu of $2,500 bond and is due to appear in Meriden Superior Court on Nov. 30.

-- Dennis Williams, 29, of 411 Mill Rock Ave., Hamden, was charged Nov. 12 with disorderly conduct, resisting arrest and unlawful restraint. He was held in lieu of $2,500 bond and was arraigned the next day in Meriden Superior Court.

-- Marquis Williams, 36, of no known address, was charged Nov. 11 with third-degree assault and breach of peace. He was held in lieu of $20,000 bond and is due to appear in Meriden Superior Court today.
