Police Blotter -- Saturday, Sept. 22

Recent arrests made by the Hamden Police Department.

 

-- Luis Rodriquez, 33, of 99 Boston Post Road, West Haven, was charged Aug. 31 with third-degree assault and disorderly conduct. He was held in lieu of $2,500 bond and was arraigned Sept. 4 in Meriden Superior Court.

-- Jose Vaquez-Rodriquez, 32, of 162, Bassett St., New Haven, was charged Aug. 18 with sixth-degree larceny. He was released on a promise to appear in court Aug. 28.

-- Frank Roger, 51, whose address wasn't available, was charged Sept. 3 with two counts of sixth-degree larceny. He was released on a promise to appear in court Sept. 10.

-- William Rosado, 35, of 1329 Chapel St., Hamden, was charged Aug. 18 with sixth-degree larceny. He was released on a promise to appear in court Aug. 29.

-- Jon Saffo, 30, of 1554 Dixwell Ave., Hamden, was charged Aug. 29 with disorderly conduct. He was arraigned the next day in Meriden Superior Court.

-- Michael Saunders, 47, whose address was not available, was charged Aug. 23 with illegal sale of prescription drugs and possession of narcotics. He was held in lieu of $50,000 bond and was arraigned Sept. 5 in Meriden Superior Court.

-- Jineen Schupp, 32, of 906 Dixwell Ave., Hamden, was charged Aug. 26 with second-degree harrassment. Schupp was released on a promise to appear in Meriden Superior Court Sept. 10.

-- Travis Smith, 47, of 17 Dunbar Ln., Hamden, was charged Aug. 31 with disorderly conduct and third-degree assault. He was held in lieu of $5,000 bond and was arraigned the next day in Meriden Superior Court.

-- Kanika Smith, 30, of Manchester, was charged Aug. 17 with impairing the morals of a minor and disorderly conduct. Smith was arraigned the same day in Meriden Superior Court.

Yes, trust the state legislators, as we trusted the Social Security was supposed to be held In escrow, what happened? THEY STOLE THE MONEY AND USED IT FOR THEIR THINGS THEY THOUGHT WAS MORE BENEIFICIAL. So, let me get this straight- they take money out of the economy from us only to put it back into the economy because they know better how it should be used. Sure, that makes sense. They know better than YOU.
