Regional Roundup II: 300 Gallons of Urine Allegedly Found in Newtown Home

When Newtown police entered an area home to investigate a report of suspicious activity, they found numerous jars filled with a "brownish liquid" later identified as human urine -- about 300 gallons of it.

--A New York man who was allegedly driving drunk in Woodbridge when he drove through a stop sign and struck a tree later spit and kicked police during booking, police said.

--Monroe police arrested a Waterbury man on a warrant for allegedly stealing over $12,000 worth of jewelry from a woman, whose home he had been at as a renter. Police said he was arrested by state troopers after a traffic stop in Westbrook.

--A year after the alleged crime, Milford police made an arrest in the theft of a video game system valued at $180.

--A young Southbury resident was issued a summons after he was allegedly found with a bottle of whiskey, a blade and an airsoft pistol, in the parking lot of Big Daddy's in Woodbury.
