Halloween at the Hamden Public Library

There's plenty of Halloween-themed programs going on for kids at the library, and they're all free.

It's October, and that means Halloween, and the Hamden Public Library is ready with programs for kids. 

Here's what's going on:

  • Fall Craft: Wednesday, Oct 10 at 4:15 p.m. for ages 4-10. Registration is required.
  • Stories & Craft Presented by Quinnipiac University Students, Saturday, Oct 19 from 10:30-12:30 (Drop-in).
  • Pumpkin Decorating: Wednesday, Oct 23 at 4:15 p.m. for ages 4-10. Registration is required.
  • Music and Movement with Lynn Lewis:  Friday, Oct 25 at 10:30 a.m. for infant - 5 years. Registration is required.
  • Big Spooky Faces: Drawing with Paul Merklein in Thornton Wilder Hall on Wednesday, Oct. 30 at 6:30 p.m. Family Program for all ages. Registration is required).  7:30 p.m. Tween & teen program for ages 10 and up. Registration is required. 

All programs are free and funded by the Friends of the Hamden Library.
