Hamden Fireworks Committee Needs Your Help

The Hamden Firefighters Fireworks Committee continues to actively seek donations for the 21st Annual Independence Day Celebration Fireworks Display. This year’s event  will include a concert by The Navy Band Northeast with entertainment by DJ Andy D to be followed by the fireworks. 

This event is being held on Friday, June 27 beginning at 6 p.m. at Town Center Park with a rain date of Saturday June 28. If the fireworks are moved to the rain date, the entertainment for the evening will be DJ Andy D.

While fundraising has not reached its goal for this year, the annual fireworks event will take place, however future years fireworks could be in jeopardy if we do not reach this year’s goal, the press release states.
