Hamden Library Expanding Children's Section

The renovations will cost about $200,000.

The Miller Memorial Central Library has received a $100,000 grant from the state, and another $100,000 from the town to help expand the children’s section of the library, the New Haven Register reports.

The funds will purchase: computers, books, DVDs, a family restroom, and office space for the expanded children’s space, reports Ebony Walmsley.

The goal is to complete the project by the end of the year.
