LETTER: Anthony Campaign Signs a Sign of Discontent with Administration

To the Editor:

It is clear that Hamden residents are fed up. Whether it is the dismal financial condition of the town, or the explosive rise in crime, the controversy on the removal of the Woodin Street fence, or the accumulation of trash in the southern end of town, they are concerned and frustrated with the present administration.

Hence, the rapid growth of Elect Bob Anthony for Mayor signs springing up all over town. The people of Hamden want to be heard and they have spoken, and they are asking for signs to show the support of real change for the town of Hamden. It is so wonderful to see democracy work as the citizenry exercises their rights on who they are supporting in this town.
