THE PRIMARIES: Get Out and Vote

Today is the day that will decide which candidates will be on the November ballot for several races.

Today is Primary Day, and voters statewide will head to the polls to chose candidates from both parties for the U.S. Senate seat being vacated by Sen. Joseph Lieberman.

The town's Democratic Town Committee offers the following tips:

  • Polls open at 6 am and close at 8 pm.
  • Your polling place may have moved within the last two years because the 91st District is now shaped a bit differently. NOTE: The polling place on the white postcards from the Registrar of Voters may be incorrect.  Please  Download this List to See What District Your Street Is In  then check your polling place in the list below.  Even if you think you’re absolutely sure, double check before you head to the polls.
